Martial Arts, Life Skills & Self-Defense Centre since 1992 offering programs for children (ages 4+), youth, adults and individuals with special needs (autism). We operate four locations in Metro Vancouver facilitating personal empowerment via Martial Arts education. We offer both group classes and private lessons. We teach the Martial Arts Styles of Taekwondo and Hapkido. We welcome students from Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Delta, New Westminster and Surrey. Learn from experienced, internationally certified adult instructors.
